Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings for executive chauffeur transfers, airport shuttles, and private tours made with FG Chauffering & Touring (PTY) LTD are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed once written agreement or deposit confirmation is received. Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Cancellations & Modifications

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for rescheduling or refund based on agreed booking terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover allocated driver time and vehicle dispatch costs.

3. Passenger Conduct & Safety

The safety and comfort of our passengers and drivers are our highest priorities:

• All passengers must comply with South African road safety laws, including wearing seatbelts.
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substance use inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are expected to treat drivers and luxury vehicles with care and respect.

4. Vehicles & Service Continuity

We maintain a premium fleet of well-serviced luxury vehicles. In the event of unforeseen mechanical issues, severe weather, or road closures, we reserve the right to supply a comparable replacement luxury vehicle or adjust routes for safety.

5. Liability & Insurance

FG Chauffering & Touring (PTY) LTD operates in full compliance with South African public transport regulations and carries appropriate passenger liability insurance. We are not liable for delays resulting from extreme weather, natural disasters, severe traffic congestion, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
